What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Medical Practice?
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our medical team. The practice is located in Paramus, NJ. Excellent patient service and pride in your work will be important attributes, as you will be the point of contact for our practice.
Your daily routine will consist of many tasks that can include, but not limited to the following:
● Greet patients at check in and verify all pertinent information including insurance and demographics
● Serves patients by helping them, scheduling/rescheduling appointments, and maintaining records and collects payments
● Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answers or referring inquiries.
● Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient’s arrival
● Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
● Obtains and records patient intake and vitals information
● Scanning, faxing and other office duties.
● Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
● Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Salary : $18 - $19
