Job Title: Clinic Assitant - MA, CMA, LPN, or EMT
Department: Clinic
Reports To: Clinic Lead/ Clinic Director
FLSA: Non-Exempt/Hourly/32-40 hours Full-Time
Medical Procedures of Wisconsin is seeking a Medical Assistant, LPN, or EMT to work in our outpatient private practice clinic that specializes in outpatient procedures including Regenerative Medicine, Vein Care, and Minor Procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping the rooms neat and clean
- Prepares injectable medications and procedural trays for procedures
- Interviews patients to obtain medical information and measure their vital signs, weight and height; documents in EMR
- Assist with patient visits and procedures
- Enters visit documentation into the EMR under the direct supervision of the Clinician
- Authorizes drug refills and provides prescription information to pharmacies via provider orders
- Explains treatment procedures, medications, diets, Clinicians' instructions and supplement recommendations to patients
- Collects blood or other laboratory specimens, logs the specimens and prepares them for testing
- Answers patient inquiry's and educates
- Completes work ability reports, disability forms and attending physician statements
- Continues education and personal growth to maintain all registrations, licensures, and certifications
- Attends team meetings and health fairs to promote the company as needed
- Assists explanation to patients via provider treatment plans, assists gathering supplements and fitting bracing
- Triage calls effectively and with empathy
- Exceptional attendance, timeliness, and professionalism

Current WI CMA/RMA Certification, or LPN Certification, or EMT Certification
