About The Role…
We are now looking for a talented HCP Selection & Advocacy Lead to join our team. As a HCP Selection & Advocacy Lead, you will facilitate the successful interviewing, selection and ongoing engagement of HCP talent across the US.
The HCP Selection & Advocacy Lead will be responsible for:
- Partnering with the HCP Talent Acquisition team to support clinical interviews and selection of all HCP roles across the US, ensuring a robust, fair and timely process.
- Engaging with clinical, operational, and corporate teams where necessary, to fully define and prioritize portfolio requirements, supporting the implementation of a best practice approach.
- Completing all clinical interviews in a timely manner with a focus on ensuring a fair and consistent approach, and that each candidate has a positive experience.
- Ensuring the completion, recording and storage of all associated recruitment and selection documentation.
- Collaborating with the HCP Talent Acquisition team to ensure all successful and unsuccessful candidates receive professional and constructive feedback following interviews.
- Maintaining interview and selection data to ensure accurate reporting of metrics, including time to interview, quality of hire and diversity hiring.
We are looking for a talented and results driven individual who pays rigorous attention to detail.
We are interested to hear from individuals with the following experience:
Essential
- Qualified Registered Nurse, with clinical research experience.
- Prior experience of successfully hiring and assessing experienced HCPs, within the clinical research arena.
- Competent in leading group learning sessions and new employee orientations for HCPs.
- Demonstrable experience of effectively developing and nurturing positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
