What Youll Do:
We are seeking a Contract Supervisor to ensure required contract deliverables are timely and accurate for delivery to the Senior Director of Program Solutions, determine staff needs and requirements, and enhance Constellations visibility and credibility with customers, stakeholders, and the community. Responsibility includes assuring quality and appropriateness of therapy services for Medicaid recipients.
We expect you to:
- Oversee, develop, train and cross-train assigned staff; monitor productivity, schedules, volume, and accuracy and timeliness of deliverables; and address performance issues
- Assist with policy analysis, interpretation, and instruction/preparation of tools and guidelines for service type.
- Monitor and maintain contracts cost to stay within budget
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with identifying and implementing innovative customer solutions; research and resolve provider inquiries and/or complaints related to services provided.
- Assist in the development of program operations manuals and reports (conducting assessments, data entry, etc., internal reports) and in the design, preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports.
- Collaborate and assist as requested by Senior Director of Program Solutions with Information Technology (IT) development and workflow implementation for data collection, tracking, notification, and reporting as required.
- Perform review functions as needed.
Our requirements for this role:
- Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred.
- Licensure as Physical Therapist required.
- Two (2) to five (5) years experience in specific contract work.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) and web platforms and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Basic understanding of data management and statistics.
