What You’ll Do

We are seeking a Marketing Administrative Project Specialist to provide administrative support to Business Development, to include a focus on marketing activities, particularly coordinating conference & events; and oversee special projects and other administrative tasks, as assigned by supervisor. The role requires significant attention to detail, follow-through and proficiency with software applications, and strong ability to balance multiple priorities.

We expect you to:

  • Complete a broad variety of marketing administrative tasks for assigned supervisor and other team members.
  • Support business development activities, including RFP/proposals and SalesForce contacts
  • Coordinate conferences, events, sponsorships and meetings.
  • Manage multiple business development administrative projects as needed.
  • Perform at highly skilled organizational proficiency and detailed focus while maintaining the maximum level of accuracy in the work generated.

This is a full-time position in a hybrid work environment. We require two days per week onsite, Tuesdays and Thursdays, at our Raleigh, NC home office.

Who You Are

The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of related administrative experience required
  • Marketing experience required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook etc.), virtual media, as well as Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms
  • Familiarity with SalesForce, SharePoint and survey software
  • Experience setting up, facilitating, and monitoring meetings
  • Excellent and accurate communication skills, both written and oral
  • Highest level of customer service orientation and desire to exceed customer expectations
