TITLE: Foundation Director
LOCATION: Warden, WA

•Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field required. Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
•3-5 years’ of previous foundation or donor relationship management experience. Experience in healthcare preferred.
•5-7 years’ experience fundraising environment. Experience in healthcare preferred.
Hours and compensation potential:
•Position is full time.
•Range is between $100K-$125K depending on experience.

What you’ll be doing:
•The Foundation Director will provide leadership in developing, directing and executing all activities for the Healthcare Foundation including fundraising, donor relations, foundation board and committee relationships, and community outreach efforts.
•This role is vital in supporting the advancement the programs and services of the Hospital District and inspiring people to support exceptional healthcare for the region.
•The Foundation Director also provides strategic leadership to the Foundation Board of Directors and Committees, driving financial and community support for the Foundation’s mission.
•Will have direct and indirect reports over the Foundation Specialist, and Development Assistant (shared support between Foundation/Marketing) and Project Subcontractors.

•The individual in this position reports to the Chief Development & Communications Officer and works closely with the Chief Executive Officer.
