Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (Locum – Ongoing)
Location: Potsdam, New York

Requirements for a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner
- BLS certification required
- Experience in cardiology patient care and stress testing preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities for a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner:
- Perform consults, rounding, and device interrogations
- Write notes and manage patient follow-ups
- Proctor stress tests and generate preliminary reports
- Notify providers and patients of abnormal results
- Handle prescription refills, patient calls, and orders
- Assist RNs in managing warfarin therapy for abnormal INRs
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation
