Bi-Lingual Mental Health Specialist (LCSW or LPC)
Location: Piscataway, NJ (Home Office)
Pay: $35 - $55 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 4 PM

Join our team as a Bi-Lingual Mental Health Specialist (LCSW or LPC) and make a lasting impact on the lives of middle school students (ages 11-14). Based in Piscataway, NJ, this role offers meaningful work supporting students both at the home office and through occasional travel to schools in Middlesex County to provide on-site counseling and presentations.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver individual and group counseling to middle school students
- Travel to schools within Middlesex County to provide support or lead presentations
- Develop and implement strategies to address emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and community resources to ensure student success
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe environment
Qualifications:
- Active LCSW or LPC license in New Jersey
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Experience working with children or adolescents (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel within Middlesex County as needed
