Mental Health Specialist

Location : Piscataway, NJ (Home Office)

Pay : $35 - $55 per hour

Schedule : Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 4 PM

Join our team as a Bi-Lingual Mental Health Specialist (LCSW or LPC) and make a lasting impact on the lives of middle school students ( ages 11-14 ). Based in Piscataway, NJ , this role offers meaningful work supporting students both at the home office and through occasional travel to schools in Middlesex County to provide on-site counseling and presentations.

What You'll Do :

• Deliver individual and group counseling to middle school students
• Travel to schools within Middlesex County to provide support or lead presentations
• Develop and implement strategies to address emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and community resources to ensure student success
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe environment

Qualifications :

• Active LCSW or LPC license in New Jersey
• Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience working with children or adolescents (preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to travel within Middlesex County as needed
