What You'll Do:
As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (PCNP), you’ll take the lead on delivering well-rounded care including:
- Performing thorough physical exams and taking detailed patient histories
- Developing individualized care plans to meet each patient’s unique needs
- Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions
- Ordering and interpreting labs and imaging
- Prescribing medications and therapeutic interventions
- Educating patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborating with a dedicated clinical team to ensure coordinated, patient-first care
