Account Executive
We are seeking a seasoned Account Executive to join our Home Health Division in Lexington, Thomasville, and Mocksville, North Carolina.
Responsibilities:
- Perform initial territory market analysis and develop business development plans quarterly/annually.
- Establish and maintain new business referral sources.
- Sustain current relationships with referral sources.
- Meet regularly with the clinical team.
- Implement market strategies with sales and clinical teams to drive census growth.
- Maintain knowledge of Medicare and State-specific home health care regulations.
- Obtain physician's orders for specified treatments and participate in the referral process.
- Promote MSA's comprehensive services across the home health continuum.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of sales experience or relevant experience in healthcare.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- General knowledge of physician, hospital, skilled nursing, assisted living, and discharge planning needs.
- Ability to meet deadlines and consistently meet established quotas.
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record and company-required auto liability insurance.
