Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis and Planning: Conduct regular territory market analyses and develop business development plans to drive sales growth.
- New Business Development: Establish new business referral sources and maintain existing relationships with referral sources.
- Census Growth Initiatives: Identify and implement market strategies to achieve continued census growth.
- Sales and Clinical Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to promote MSA's services and achieve sales targets.
- Maintenance of Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Medicare and State-specific home health care regulations.
Requirements:
