We are an Equal Opportunity Employer seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Medi Home Health & Hospice, a division of Medical Services of America Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients under appropriate guidelines, implementing and conducting treatment as outlined in treatment plan, and treating clients to relieve pain, develop and restore function and maintain maximum performance using appropriate physical therapy treatments and procedures within the plan of care.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of NC.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum of one-year verifiable physical therapy experience.
- Home Health experience preferred.
