Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
- Assist with medical imaging procedures and ophthalmology assessments.
- Perform IV infusion, IV insertion, and spinal tap procedures as needed.
- Conduct catheterization and manage durable medical equipment (DME) for patients.
- Participate in case management activities, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop effective care plans.
Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in occupational health or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with case management systems and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on quality service.
