Job Title: LPN/LVN Long Term Care Travel Nurse
Location: Dexter, Maine
Shift: 12 hours, nights

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Licensure as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state of Maine
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or a related field
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
