Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN/LVN to join our team as a long term care traveler. About the Role:
We are currently seeking a LPN/LVN to fill a 13-week contract assignment in a smaller facility in Maine. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care to residents in a long term care setting
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Document patient progress and communicate effectively with colleagues and families
