We are seeking a talented travel nurse RN to join our team for a 12 hour night shift position in Prineville, Oregon. As a Long Term Care Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a long term care setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient plans
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
- At least 1 year of experience in a long term care setting
