Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MRI Technologist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Temple, Texas. The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' internal structures
- Prepare patients for MRI procedures, explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety
- Analyze scan results and communicate findings to radiologists and other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement scanning protocols to ensure optimal image quality
- Collaborate with other healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Current ARRT certification as an MRI technologist
- 2 years of experience in MRI technology, preferably in a hospital or imaging center setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
