Position Overview:The Front Desk Coordinator will be the face of our practice, ensuring every patient has a seamless and welcoming experience. This role combines administrative expertise, client interaction, and sales support to maintain the high standards our practice is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized office calendar.
- Handle calls, emails, and patient inquiries with exceptional attention to detail.
- Educate clients about treatments and products, making recommendations based on their needs (no upselling—trust is key).
- Process payments, manage the point-of-sale system, and assist with tracking sales metrics.
- Assist with social media and marketing.
- Support team operations by maintaining a clean and professional reception area.
- Attend occasional weekend events or office activities, with potential for overtime.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the aesthetics or wellness industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills: warm, empathetic, and enthusiastic.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in aesthetics and a desire to grow in the field.
- Local candidates preferred for immediate start.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Boulevard scheduling software and social media platforms.
Schedule and Compensation:
- Preferred hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Occasional weekend hours for events or special activities (overtime eligible).
- Pay: $20 /hour DOE bonus opportunities tied to sales.
