Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor (RN) to oversee the daily operations of our ENT private practice. This role involves leading the clinical team, ensuring high-quality patient care, and optimizing workflow efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, leadership, and supervisory experience within a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Supervision:
- Work closely with Clinical Operations Director
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff, including medical assistants, and clinical coordinators.
- Coordinate staff schedules, assign duties, and oversee performance evaluations.
- Provide training, professional development, and guidance to enhance team performance.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and administrative leadership.
Clinical Operations & Patient Care:
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols, patient safety standards, and ENT-specific procedures.
- Assist with patient care, including pre- and post-procedure evaluations, medication administration, and treatment coordination.
- Oversee inventory management of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and compliance with regulations.
- Implement and maintain policies related to infection control, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
- Scribing for physicians.
Quality Improvement & Compliance:
- Monitor patient care quality and implement strategies to improve service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory healthcare requirements.
- Participate in audits, accreditation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with physicians, audiologists, and administrative staff to maintain seamless clinic operations.
- Address patient concerns, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
- Lead staff meetings and communicate updates on policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) License – Active and in good standing.
- 5-10 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting, preferably in an ENT or specialty practice.
- 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, healthcare regulations, and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in EMR systems and other healthcare technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in ear, nose, and throat (ENT) or specialty practice preferred.
- Certification in BLS/ACLS and advanced clinical training.
