What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Nurse Manager position at Medical Talent, LLC | Woman Owned, Veteran Owned?
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to a combination of medical and surgical patients.
- Work with conditions such as confusion, BH/CIWA, CHF, COPD, UTI, cellulitis, sepsis, amputations, decubitus ulcers, and general surgeries.
- Perform IV fluid/antibiotic therapies, medical/post-surgical assessments, heparin gtts., wound care, and manage wound vacs.
Float Requirements:
- First to float within skillset.
- May float to nearby facilities with 2 hours' notice.
Schedule Requirements:
- Shift: 12-hour nights (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Weekend/Holiday: Three weekends out of every six-week schedule and every other holiday.
Certifications & Experience Required:
- Current active compact license.
- AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS (must be submitted with application).
- Minimum of 2 years of strong Med/Surg experience, including trauma level II.
- At least 1 prior travel assignment.
- Recent EPIC charting experience (checkoff class required).
