Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Travel Med-Surg/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract assignment.
Job Requirements:
- License/Certifications: Must possess a valid and active RN license and required certifications.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telemetry
Job Duties:
- Provide direct and individualized patient care in a medical-surgical setting
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-discharge care
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
