Overview: We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Medical Gas Service/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical gas products and services to healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical gases, sales experience, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Identify and target potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to promote customer retention.
    • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of medical gas products and services.
    • Prepare and submit proposals and contracts to clients.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Product Knowledge & Technical Support:
    • Provide expert knowledge of medical gases, equipment, and relevant regulations (e.g., NFPA, FDA, OSHA).
    • Assist clients in selecting the appropriate medical gas solutions for their needs.
    • Offer technical support and troubleshooting for medical gas systems and equipment.
  • Compliance & Safety:
    • Ensure that all medical gas installations and services comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
    • Conduct site assessments and safety audits to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
    • Educate clients on proper handling and storage of medical gases to maintain safety standards.
  • Customer Service:
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Provide training and support to clients on the use of medical gas equipment.
    • Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely installation and maintenance of systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, healthcare, business) or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in medical gas sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of medical gas systems, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Proven sales track record with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
