Medical Temporaries, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced
- Medical Assistant
- Minimum of six months of experience required.
This is a TEMP position (may work into a temp to hire position for the right candidate) requiring availability between the hours of 9AM-5PM, Monday through Friday and 9am to 1pm on Wednesdays, located in Virginia Beach, VA.
Responsibilities :
A Day in the life of a Medical Assistant :
As a Medical Assistant you will assist with rooming patients, taking chief complaint, collecting and documenting vitals, medication reconciliation, stocking exam rooms, sterilization of exam room, bedside assist with provider. Phlebotomy skills are required for this position and injection skills are a plus. Patient education, assisting with prescription refills, answering patient's phone calls, documentation (paper files).
