About the Role :
- Hours : 10-15 hours per week
We are seeking a PR & Marketing Coordinator with a passion for media relations, podcasts, webinars, and digital publications. This role is perfect for a go-getter who can help secure media placements, coordinate interviews, and amplify brand awareness through strategic PR and content marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute a PR strategy to position our CEO, Hamid Kohan, LegalSoft.com, MedVirtual.ai, and BerryVirtual .com as thought leaders in their industries.
Research and pitch media opportunities (publications, blogs, podcasts, and industry panels) to secure brand features.
Coordinate podcast interviews and webinar events by managing schedules, speaker preparation, and promotional campaigns.
Work with internal teams to craft press releases, guest articles, and media kits.
Track and report on media coverage, PR campaign effectiveness, and audience engagement.
Support content marketing efforts through partnerships with industry influencers and media contacts.
Requirements :
2 years of PR, marketing, or communications experience, preferably in legal, healthcare, or virtual staffing industries.
Strong media relations and pitching skills with experience securing press placements or podcast features.
Experience coordinating webinars, virtual events, and guest appearances.
Excellent writing skills, with experience creating press releases and media content.
Ability to work in-house in Woodland Hills, CA.
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently to drive PR initiatives forward.
