Clinic hours of operation:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Tuesday/Thursday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm (Must be available every other Saturday)
Training: Next training class- 04/21 & 05/05/2025
- Paid training is held in the classroom of our Metro Detroit training center located within our Farmington Hills, MI Clinic. (Hotel accommodations provided)
- In- clinic on the job training to follow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct new patient intake, including evaluation of medical histories.
- Clinical duties including blood draws, EKGs, administering injections, and checking vital signs, etc…
- Conduct daily visits with existing patients. Provide individualized guidance, suggestions, and motivation where necessary for maximum benefit of their program.
- Lead Program Education Classes. Educate patients on Medical Weight Loss Clinic diet plans as well as products and services that will help them to be successful on their program.
- Prepare progress reports and medical charts for physicians.
Medical Assistant Qualifications and skills:
- Have a genuine interest in health and wellness as wells as a desire to help people achieve weight loss and fitness goals.
- Must have current or recent experience with blood draws, injections, and EKGs.
- Have knowledge of current OSHA standards and practices.
- Can work independently without directive.
- Be able to deliver outstanding customer service and offer quality guidance while being sympathetic to the patient’s needs.
- Be passionate about patient care and helping others achieve goals.
