Paid Training: Next training classes-02/17 & 03/03/2025
Paid training is held in the classroom of our Metro Detroit training center in Farmington Hills, MI. In- clinic training will follow.
Position Overview:
As a Weight Loss Consultant, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for driving sales, providing consultations, and supporting clients in their weight loss goals. You will use your expertise and understanding of our products and services to create personalized solutions, address client needs, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations with prospective patients, evaluating goals, current eating and lifestyle habits to provide information on services, pricing, and weight loss programs.
- Conduct visits with existing patients. Provide individualized guidance, suggestions, and motivation where necessary for maximum benefit of their program.
- Educate patients on and sell various company products that will enhance their success.
- Handle client inquiries, building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist with client retention strategies, ensuring clients are satisfied and motivated to continue their journey
Consultant Qualifications:
- Passion for health and wellness, with a genuine desire to help people achieve their weight loss and fitness goals.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (preferably in the health, wellness, or fitness industry).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients through excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of weight loss programs, nutrition, and fitness is preferred, but not required (training will be provided).
Clinic hours of operation:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Tuesday/Thursday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
*Must be available every other Saturday*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
