What are the responsibilities and job description for the MEDICAL OFFICE ASST | Day Shift position at MEDICAL WEST HOSPITAL AUTHORITY?
The Medical Office Assistant is responsible for all clerical functions within the clinic. This includes, but is not limited to, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, entering patients in the Meditech system, pulling charts and entering dictation into charts. The Medical Office Assistant should have knowledge of coding, and any other duties required to provide quality care to our patients.
High school diploma or GED required; previous medical office experience preferred.
