Minimum Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification or must while in unit-orientation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
