About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our Freestanding Emergency Department (FED). You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and communicating effectively with patients and their families.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of employment
- Associate's degree in Nursing
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in an emergency department or critical care setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Assessing and triaging patients upon arrival at the FED
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
