Our client is seeking a highly-skilled and motivated general dentist or prosthodontist with at least a year of experience in a practice setting to join our established practice in Colchester, VT. This is a unique position in which the right doctor will receive autonomy and encouragement to provide exceptional comprehensive care in a multi-specialty, patient-focused environment. Our ideal candidates are experienced doctors who prefer to practice in high-end, mostly fee-for-service offices. We're especially interested in doctors who may want to become equity partners with us and share in the profits, but without the hassles of office management. We prefer doctors who are excellent communicators and can build strong relationships with both patients and co-workers. Our practice is characterized by a dental team that:

Compensation: Our doctors receive 35% of their respective collections, while the office pays 65% of lab fees from your preferred lab. Guaranteed daily rate for the first 90 days; Up to 6-weeks time-off.

Qualifications
- Dental degree from an accredited institution, with appropriate specialization.
- Proven experience and expertise with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care, including patient assessments and treatment planning in general dentistry and prosthodontics.
- Perform dental extractions and other procedures while adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate medical documentation.
- Collaborate with laboratory technicians to ensure the quality of dental fabrications.
- Maintain patient records and ensure a welcoming environment in the dental clinic.
- Stay updated on dental terminology and advancements in patient care practices.
