X-Ray Technitian
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated X-Ray Technician with experience in orthopedic practice or hospital settings to join our new orthopedic practice. This unique role combines technical expertise with administrative support, making it an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multi-faceted environment.
The X-Ray Technician/Admin will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services while also offering broad administrative support. This includes managing meeting schedules, overseeing office operations, handling inventory, and assisting with HR-related tasks as needed.

Responsibilities
- X-Ray Technician
- Liase with vendors for (EMR, Xray, IT, medical supplies, etc.)
- Front desk (temporary) - Answer and manage general incoming calls, scheduling - listening to voicemails and follow up as needed
- Managing company online faxing
- Handle admin & program-related mailings
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Create, read, analyze, file, retrieve and organize organizational documents, invoices, and orders
- Facilitate Employee Email, Laptop, and Access
- May also handle some administrative functions of the human resources department, and support as back up for some key HR activities – including employee onboarding and offboarding
- Support with outreach old patients, neighborhood practices, PCP & social media - as needed
- Serve as key project support for internal small sized projects
Requirements
- College’s degree in a relevant field; preferably healthcare a plus but not required
- Proven work experience as an X-Ray technician & Admin
- Knowledge & Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a people person
- Very responsive & good problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of basic office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, and printers
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential, as are self-motivation, critical thinking skills, and decision-making skills
- Specialty training certification for Phlebotomy, casting & MA are plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation needed; some days a week in-person at our Greenbelt, MD office
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
