Job Responsibilities:
- Operating, cleaning and sanitizing washer and dryer.
- Sorting and laundering linens; distributing clean linen to linen rooms.
- Distributing personal clothing to residents’ rooms.
- Ensuring that resident’s clothing is properly identified.
- Keeping laundry area clean and in order by dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
- Maintaining inventory of laundry supplies and linen.
- Follow policies and procedures to follow infection control practices and operate equipment correctly to prevent accidents.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to follow procedures
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products
- Self motivated
