Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced travel CT Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing CT scans on patients using specialized equipment, following established protocols and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans on patients, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images while adhering to imaging protocols.
- Prepare patients for CT scans, explain procedures, and maintain their comfort and well-being throughout the process.
- Collaborate effectively with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a CT Tech in a hospital setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in CT.
- State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Work Schedule
This is a 13-week contract opportunity with variable shifts (afternoon and night shifts), working either 12-hour or 8-hour shifts for a total of 34.5-37.5 hours per week.
