Lead Full-Stack Developer

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Full-Stack Developer to oversee the development and optimization of our digital platforms. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable web applications, APIs, and integrations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead development initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality performance and security standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and portals.
- Lead API integrations with third-party platforms, including CRM systems.
- Ensure secure data handling, authentication, and user role management.
- Optimize website performance and implement best security practices.
- Oversee backend processes, database management, and server-side logic.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and review code.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of full-stack development experience in modern web frameworks.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Backend: Strong expertise in Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), or PHP (Laravel).
- Databases: Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Firebase.
- APIs & Integrations: RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and CRM integrations.
- Security: Authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, JWT), email obfuscation techniques, and data encryption.
- DevOps: Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Firebase for deployment and scaling.
- Version Control: GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Chrome Extension development (Manifest V3, IndexedDB).
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture and real-time data processing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
