Medicine for Business and Industry (MBI) operates outpatient clinics specializing in acute injury care within an Occupational Medicine setting. Our services focus on treating occupational injuries. No chronic pain management! Our fully integrated EMR system enables providers to deliver high-quality patient care with minimal administrative responsibilities.
MBI currently has 31 locations in Arizona, Colorado, California, and Nevada, with plans to expand into additional states soon. Summary : Under the supervision of a licensed physician, Advance Practice Providers provide healthcare services to patients both in the clinic and via telemedicine, adhering to established clinical practice principles. Act as a medical consultant / advisor regarding the medical status of the clients presenting for physical examinations for staff.
Compensation : Hourly rates range from $69.86 to $102.78, depending on licensure and experience
Work Schedule : Shifts from 6 : 00am to 2 : 30pm, 4 to 5 days weekly
Responsibilities :
- Review Past Medical History, family history social history and review of symptoms, perform physical examinations of the eyes, ears, head, neck, chest, heart, abdomen, back, extremities, male genitals (for hernias), neurologic systems, general condition, height, weight vital signs, vision, hearing, and / or electrocardiograms for the purpose of determining capacity to safely perform specified job functions.
- Review and interpret radiographs of the chest, back, and / or extremities to determine the presence of a pre-existing condition prior to beginning work.
- Evaluate and manage the following conditions :
Common occupational musculoskeletal injuries of the neck, back, and upper and lower extremities
