- Lead certification and maintenance efforts, serving as the Management Representative for quality standards.
- Direct and monitor quality processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Oversee internal audits, customer audits, and certification audits to uphold quality excellence.
- Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and documentation.
- Utilize Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality systems into production workflows.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Expertise in Quality Management – Strong knowledge of QMS principles, root cause analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
- Leadership Skills – Ability to guide teams, drive initiatives, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with ISO 13485, IATF 16949, and other relevant standards.
- Analytical Mindset – Strong skills in data analysis, audits, and compliance monitoring.
- Attention to Detail – Organized and thorough in managing documentation and processes.
- Effective Communication – Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Preferred – Quality certifications such as CQE or CQA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in medical device or automotive industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality-related software.
- Ability to work at a desk for extended periods, using a computer.
