Job Duties:
Assisting & Direct Responsibility for Multiple Back-Office Processes
· Executive licensing & contracting
· Call recording download/upload
· Sales & marketing reporting
Inbound & Outbound Calls:
· Assisting inbound callers from our sales initiatives.
· Setting appointments for our benefits executives to assist beneficiaries in person or over the phone
· Transferring client calls to our client experience department
Lead Management:
· Utilize follow up process with hot leads to ensure a member gets the help they requested by scheduling an appointment with a benefits executive
· Competently manage lead activity and data in both of our client relation managers (CRM)
· Analyze lead data trends to report out to supervisor
Member Facing Events
· Accountable for our community facing events such as our live “New to Medicare workshops”.
· Assist CommunityConnect in attending client-facing events & managing leads from events
Job Requirements:
- Excellent computer/internet skills (Office Suite and CRM is a plus)
- Ability to learn different technology stacks & automations to assist in member facing initiatives
- Strong ability for multi-tasking with different departments
- Organizational skills is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills with clients, co-workers and B2B.
- Additional hours may be required during the Annual Enrollment Period
Compensation: $50,000 salary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
