Job Description
Job Purpose
As a Benefits Executive with MediConnect Insurance, we pride ourselves on honesty, trust, and education. We listen to the clients and help them find a product to meet the needs and details of their life. The consumer drives the result.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Acquire and maintain a state Health Insurance license.
- Annually complete needed tests/certifications for all careers that we represent.
- Abide by daily/weekly agent schedule.
- Daily prospecting with outbound calls, community events and networking groups.
- Responsible for CRM Organization and upkeep.
- Enter all leads, proper sourcing, timely management of appointments and tasks.
- Responsible for client support in conjunction with the Client Experience Department.
- Utilize call sessions to create opportunities/appointments in pursuit of sales goals.
- Timely manage and knowledge of all systems necessary for job duties, i.e. Microsoft office, Insightly, carrier portals, Medicare.gov, Sunfire.
- Maintain call quotas and return inbound calls on the same day.
- Keep educated on products/resources available for our clients and their needs.
- Present in office when not at events/ appointments. “Best ability is availability”
- Timely manage all phone, email and text communications.
- Work with colleges and staff to reach company goals. Team focus.
Job Expectations
- Show up to appointments 15 minutes early and dress appropriately. (Business Casual)
- Willingness to put in the hours needed at certain times of year (i.e. AEP)
