Level IV Trauma Center
Approximately 34-38 patients per 24-hour shift
o Nurse practitioner shift is 10a-10p
About 12,000 to 13,000 visits annually
Fulltime, permanent

Compensation and Benefits :
Very competitive total compensation opportunity (135k ) which includes :
RVU bonus based on annual threshold
Quality incentives up to $10,000 annually
Commencement bonus of $20,000
8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription paid CME time
