A hospital-employed group in Central Alabama is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible General Surgeon to join their team of six surgeons. The position offers a competitive salary with a quarterly production bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including generous PTO and CME allowances. The surgeon will work in a supportive environment with dedicated nursing staff and access to surgical robotics, servicing a large patient population.
General Surgery - Central Alabama
- Hospital employed group seeks BC / BE General Surgeon to join their growing practice.
- 3-year guaranteed salary offered - to be discussed with employer directly. Quarterly production bonus (wRVU) offered.
- Join an experienced team of 6 surgeons.
- Call 1 : 7
- Each physician has their own nurse and medical assistant.
- Weekly schedule : Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm
- Anticipated volume : 20-25 patients per day in the 2-3 days per week in clinic. Eligible for surgical block time after 6 months
- Surgical robotics available
- No endoscopies required.
- EMR - integrated between hospital and clinic, including imaging :
- Clinic : Athena
- Hospital : Altera Paragon
