Primary care physician - Minutes from Los Angeles, California

• Clinic seeks experienced BE / BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine provider (MD / DO) to join their team.
• Salary : $240,000 plus quarterly incentive bonuses up to 5%
• 10,000 sign on bonus.
• Full-time (40hrs) and Part-time(28-30 hours) spot available
• Shifts can be 8 : 30-5pm or 12-8 : 30pm and can be mix-matched to fit your needs.
• Federally qualified health center (FQHC)- focused on serving the medically underserved.
• Can see adult only or mix of adults and pediatrics if FM trained.
• Approximately 20 patients per day
• Full benefits (30hrs ) including sign on bonus, 40 hours of CME with $2,500 allowance, malpractice insurance, FSA, tuition reimbursement, DEA license reimbursement and HRSA loan repayment option.
• 40 minutes from LAX International Airport
• 30 minutes to Santa Monica Beach, 1 hour to Newport Beach and 2 hours 15 minutes to San Diego
