Medical Director opening in Northern California - Federally qualified health center
- Permanent position requiring relocation. Full-time position.
- Located in Northern California in a rural area. 3.5 hours from San Francisco and 2.5 hours to Santa Rosa.
- Base salary up to $300K (negotiable).
- 3-5 years of leadership experience ideally in outpatient rural health care setting. Background in Family medicine or Internal Medicine is ideal.
- Must be Board eligible / Certified. CA license is required.
- Can expect around a 50 / 50 split of clinical and administration duties. Providers see 12-16 patients per day on average.
- Benefits include Insurance (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and self-funded 403b. CME allowance of $3,000 per year and paid licensing. Group offers 15 paid days of vacation, paid birthday day, sick leave, and holidays.

- 100% outpatient setting. No after hours calls and no weekends.
- Group has a year-end Christmas bonus depending on the year-end balance each year.
- Must be interested in living and working in a rural area. Located near the Mendocino National Forest.
