- Equipment Delivery & Setup: Transport braces and medical equipment to designated locations, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs.
- Customer Interaction: Provide professional, courteous service to staff, clinicians, or patients; answer basic questions about equipment usage.
- Collaborative Coordination: Communicate with sales reps to confirm schedules, delivery details, and any custom fitting instructions.
- Basic Fitting Assistance: Learn how to properly apply or adjust braces for patient comfort (training provided).
- Documentation & Compliance: Record delivery confirmations and ensure equipment meets safety and regulatory standards.
- On-Call:
- Equipment Maintenance: Report any device malfunctions or needed repairs, keeping track of inventory in transit.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
