We’re searching for a dedicated Service Consultant to deliver medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, or patient homes. You’ll partner with sales reps (both internal and external) and occasionally assist with fitting or putting braces on patients. This position is perfect for someone who’s hands-on, enjoys problem-solving, and is ready to bring top-tier service to every interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Equipment Delivery & Setup: Transport braces and medical equipment to designated locations, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide professional, courteous service to staff, clinicians, or patients; answer basic questions about equipment usage.
  • Collaborative Coordination: Communicate with sales reps to confirm schedules, delivery details, and any custom fitting instructions.
  • Basic Fitting Assistance: Learn how to properly apply or adjust braces for patient comfort (training provided).
  • Documentation & Compliance: Record delivery confirmations and ensure equipment meets safety and regulatory standards.
  • On-Call:
  • Equipment Maintenance: Report any device malfunctions or needed repairs, keeping track of inventory in transit.

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Communication Skills: Friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Physical Capability: Comfortable lifting medical equipment (up to ~25 lbs) and moving in/out of vehicles.
  • Organizational Skills: Time management is vital—you’ll juggle multiple deliveries daily.
  • Customer Service Background: Experience in healthcare or service-oriented roles is a plus.
