As our business continues to grow rapidly, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Account Executive to join our team. This role is designed as a pathway to becoming a full Account Executive, responsible for building lasting partnerships and supporting the needs of our clients across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor by regularly meeting with clients in person (2-3 days of travel per week required).
- Proactively address client needs, including billing and revenue challenges, while monitoring financial performance against goals.
- Assist clients in optimizing billing practices to maximize revenue and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Support clients in establishing relationships with vendors, facilities, and municipal authorities.
- Deliver training and consultations on Medicount’s tools, policies, and best practices to enhance client efficiency and satisfaction.
- Consistently uphold and embody Medicount's vision and values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management. EMS or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM tools like ZOHO or Salesforce is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and willingness to travel frequently.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Duties
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Experience
