Do you have experience in selling capital equipment and a knack for sales?

Medicreations is a new breed of aesthetic device manufacturer. We’re building devices right here in the United States. Selling them while avoiding the ridiculous fees and overpriced consumables common in the industry. And we’re in the midst of developing incredible new technology that will be a complete game-changer for aesthetic professionals.

For this role, we are looking for an experienced capital equipment salesperson who learns the niche inside and out and operates out of our HQ here in Las Vegas. Someone who can sell devices and close deals, but also represent our brand with integrity and make every transaction a “win” for both sides.

You’ll be expected to carry out your own prospecting activities, but we’ve also established a steady stream of leads eager to learn more about our products.

This is a unique (and likely extremely lucrative) opportunity to join an up-and-coming device business with a different approach, with huge opportunities for career advancement based on performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Utilize effective selling skills and product knowledge to influence targeted aesthetic or healthcare professionals to purchase Medicreations devices.

· Drive revenue and market share

· Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets

· Maintain a robust sales pipeline

· Present our products through phone, video chat, or at events

· Manage contract negotiations

· Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts

· Maintain organized sales records and activities in CRM

· Coordinate with the in-house team and outside sales reps

· Additional duties and some travel may be assigned.

Qualifications:

· 4 years in sales or business development

· 2 years of direct experience selling capital equipment

· Aesthetic capital equipment sales experience a big plus

· Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing device deals

· Experience in positioning and selling technology to new customers and new market segments

· Experience in proactively growing customer relationships within an account

· Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership and/or customers

· BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required

· Comfort with cold-calling and sending out cold emails

· Strong verbal and written communications skills

· Base Salary: up to $50k/year based on experience & track record
