Job Description
The Talent Engagement Coordinator will be an integral part of the People Team, helping to coordinate various initiatives supporting talent branding and recruitment marketing, employee engagement, internal communications, college relations, new employee onboarding, and other initiatives for the Greater People team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and promotion of Medicus' employer brand across different channels including organic and paid social media efforts, careers page, Glassdoor/Indeed, email marketing and recruitment events.
- Create engaging content targeted towards internal and perspective employees including both images and video.
- Manage a content calendar across social media channels in coordination with our Marketing team.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement programs, events, and activities.
- Help organize company-wide events, team-building activities, and celebrations that foster a sense of camaraderie among employees
- Assist in conducting surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and gather suggestions for improvement.
- Collaborate with external vendors, if necessary, to ensure seamless execution of engagement-related events.
- Assist in creating and distributing internal communications materials on a weekly basis, including Medicus Messenger, TV screens, Intranet and the Stall Street Journal, to keep employees informed about company updates, initiatives, and news.
College Program Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating attendance at career fairs, campus events, and information sessions to promote Medicus' opportunities and continue to create a strong presence on university campuses.
- Coordinate event logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition team to develop strategies to attract students.
- Support the management and execution of Medicus' internship program including recruitment, onboarding, and overall experience.
- Represent Medicus at university events, acting as a brand ambassador to promote our values and career opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop materials and content for university-focused campaigns.
- Schedule and coordinate new hire orientation sessions and on-the-job training.
- Conduct orientation sessions including - Welcome to Medicus kickoff, new hire slides, new hire building tour.
Requirements:
- A deep understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing programs (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Entry-level position, Bachelor's degree preferred
