We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Medicus Healthcare Solutions. This individual will be responsible for coordinating various initiatives supporting talent branding and recruitment marketing, employee engagement, internal communications, college relations, new employee onboarding, and other initiatives for the Greater People team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and promotion of Medicus' employer brand across different channels, including organic and paid social media efforts, careers page, Glassdoor/Indeed, email marketing, and recruitment events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content targeted towards internal and perspective employees, including both images and video.
- Manage a content calendar across social media channels in coordination with our Marketing team.
- Utilize various analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of social media campaigns and strategies.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement programs, events, and activities that foster a sense of camaraderie among employees.
