Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive care to oncology patients during night shifts.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records.
- Performing physical examinations and diagnostic procedures under the direction of a physician.
- Ordering and scheduling laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program.
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or equivalent body, or Certified as a Physician's Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Current licensure as an advanced practice nurse in the state of Georgia.
- Direct experience in high acuity clinical specialties preferred.
