HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
TMH Physician Partners is looking for a Practice Administrator III to join our team. As Practice Administrator III one is responsible for the implementation of the vision of the practice. Takes the lead in developing the action plan to move the practice in the direction provided by the Director of Operations in concert with the practice physicians. Responsibilities include : planning, financial management, personnel management, policy development, clinic management, regulation compliance, staff development, etc. while goals for the Administrator include meeting budget, demonstrating cost savings and generating projected revenues.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
Minimum : Associates Degree
Preferred : Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration
Minimum : Three (3) years of job related experience
Preferred : Five (5) years of experience in Administration of a physician office
